waited 3 hours even though I had an appointment after following up with reception 2 hours into the wait the receptionist had made a phone call to the doctor I was seeing and found out she was not at work yet and was running late I was told to wait another hourwouldn’t recommend coming here at all it’s not the first time I’ve had to wait. coming here and seeing other patients looking fed up saying they have had the same experiences waiting hours and hours even with appointments, I hope something changes.

Checked in at 11.35 for a 11.45 appointment Monday the 19th of June.Waited 1 1/2 hours.Noticed Doctor having lunch.Checked with Reception and found I had dropped off the screen.30 min later Dr saw me.I have noticed on reviews this happens often.I wished my Dr well as I left and told him I wont be returning.

Quick service how we found the facility lacking in hygiene the chairs were filthy and also the quarantining of a sick patient and lack of staff attention that a mother was trying to get her sick child to vomit over a bin in front of the waiting room and the child not wanting to vomit over the bin so proceeded to vomit on the floor only to receive attention when I alerted them and then the only cleaning that happened was putting a cleaning in progress sign over it and walking off! No disinfectants spray to reduce spreading to other patients no moving the person to an private room just allowing them to put their soiled clothes blankets etc from the child one a few seats in the waiting area and then moving to another seat and doing the same! God knows how many people they have just spread that illness too! Think after COVID more care and attention would be taken especially to educate how not to spread bugs!! I wanted to throw up and run out screaming but needed my daughter to see the dr! Lack of staff care and staff on hand made it worse those on had no time to keep and eye on their surroundings/waiting room! Do medical centres get inspected for hygiene and cleanliness?

Book an appointment for 3:10 on Wednesday. Did this on Monday. Come into my appointment 15 minutes early. Here I am still waiting. Checked at reception, was told my doctor was late.Never had a problem here before until recently. Come on guys pick up the pace Dr Patricia Nyaung nobody want to wait for nearly two hours.

Had an appointment at 3.30pm arrived 15mins before. The doctor is running behind it is now 4pm and I still haven't seen her. This centre never answers the phones and the doctors are always running late. Why both making appointments, just go back to walk-ins..

I needed a drs appointment over the long weekend and was very thankful that these guys were open. This was of course until I had a 2 hour wait for a BOOKED appointment. In that time there was a young girl who had thrown up in the waiting room, which was ignored and went uncleaned/disinfected. My partner and I moved to the other side of the waiting room. The chairs and carpets are filthy and which does not create a comfortable environment, and only creates more anxiety around what bugs could be picked up if things are not cleaned correctly. Sadly I need to have blood tests done but have chosen to wait longer for an appointment with my usual doctor as I cannot afford to wait 2 hours or more for an appointment just to find out the results.

Friendly staff and found the musculo skeletal assessment to be adequate/comprehensive enough without being overkill for someone applying for an office based role.On the down side I waited over an hour past my appointment time, having arrived a further half hour early, to be brought in for the first assessment ... now that's really not good enough considering there weren't many other assessments being done.7 out of 10 tops.

Would much rather pay for a Dr's appointment at a different centre after the extremely poor customer service and lack of punctuality I have experienced at this centre!! I booked a Telehealth appointment thinking at least I could wait at home and it would be less inconvenient, oh how was I wrong! After waiting 50 minutes after my appointment time for someone to call, I decided to call the reception to find out how much longer I would be waiting. As this was causing a disruption to the afternoon I had originally planned! Then at the same time I was on the phone the Dr called, I would have answered however it went straight to voice message, I called them back instantly and it directed me back to the reception. I then waited on the phone for almost 30 minutes! No one acknowledged my call during this whole time, which is common etiquette as a receptionist to at least acknowledge that I was on the line. Then finally someone answered the call, said nothing and hung up straight away. No one called me back and I just gave up after this point!! Extremely poor customer service and their whole system requires a lot of improvement! I wrote a complaint via their website and received zero empathy from my experience from as well!

I am visiting this medical centre for the first time and luckily I got Dr Farooq's appointment. He is a very intelligent, calm and respectful doctor. He treated me in a very good way. It's the first time, I have found a good doctor in Perth after moving from interstates. He took good care of me.
