Both the Dr here and staff are absolutely lovely and incredibly professional. Always thorough and actually listen to your concerns without rushing you. The practice itself is beautifully set out and maintained to a very high standard!

Eloise has been unbelievably helpful to me. I can't possibly repay her all the help and research she has done to pull me out of a big hole that I was in. She not only relied on her extensive training but also used large number of tools and networked with other practitioners to research and successfully diagnose my condition. She contacted both naturopathic and alopathic practitioners for input on testing, diagnosis and treatment. Her prescribed treatment is working. This comes after many many months and thousands of dollars of unsuccessful dealings with well intentioned GP's and other specialists within the established medical profession.

waited 3 hours even though I had an appointment after following up with reception 2 hours into the wait the receptionist had made a phone call to the doctor I was seeing and found out she was not at work yet and was running late I was told to wait another hourwouldn’t recommend coming here at all it’s not the first time I’ve had to wait. coming here and seeing other patients looking fed up saying they have had the same experiences waiting hours and hours even with appointments, I hope something changes.

Great physio and company, always happy to work within my hectic schedule to make sure I am looked after and on the way to recovery

I got my implant here 2 months ago and absolutely loved the doctor she was super friendly and nice. She had a lot of time and didn’t rush anything. I didn’t feel a thing when she inserted the implant.Very friendly and great service ❤️

My wife and I have been seeing Dr Pillai for some time, from when he worked at the Landsdale Medical clinic to the now new Butler Family Practice. We have given up the 5 minute travel time to a 30 Minute travel time to ensure we get the best medical advice possible. Dr Pillai is very thorough and is not afraid to perform minor surgical procedures. He is well experienced in this field and i am thankful he has removed a number of cancers on my face that if they were not removed efficiently I could have been in some trouble in the future. Dr Pillai is the most kind, caring and supportive GP..We are Seniors and its like turning back the clock where the customer comes first. You are never rushed and he is always looking at ways to improve your health and give give you a better quality of life. You may even get a call out of the blue to make sure you are okay, I have never received that sort of service. Also if you are worried about something you can call the surgery and he will call back when he is free.The new modern practice in Butler is worth the drive even if you are not a local. The reception staff are very friendly and always greet you with smile. They have everything you need in the one place, including a kids space, pathology and nurses room. They also currently have a physiotherapist available Mon,Wed and Friday. From experience my wife says he is wonderful and makes you feel at ease, especially us seniors.If you are looking for a new doctor that cares. You won’t be disappointed if you make the change to this new surgery. My wife and I have, and we are very happy with the change

Checked in at 11.35 for a 11.45 appointment Monday the 19th of June.Waited 1 1/2 hours.Noticed Doctor having lunch.Checked with Reception and found I had dropped off the screen.30 min later Dr saw me.I have noticed on reviews this happens often.I wished my Dr well as I left and told him I wont be returning.

Very bad experiences here. Avoid

It's not hard for a GP to show respect to the patient- I had very humiliating experience. I pray for Dr. HIND NAJM that she will not be such rude to any other patient.

After having seen a top specialist who I did not help my problem for over 2 years I decided to see Eloise. Within 2 months Eloise was able to help me more than I ever thought possible! I can honestly say I am so greatful to Eloise for being able to help me with a natural approach which is far healthier than chemical alternatives. I highly recommend anyone to go and see her who would like an alternative approach.
